We have over 4 million items in stock ready for immediate dispatch from our warehouse. All items available leave our warehouse one business day after you place your order (Mon.-Fri.), provided that payment is made by PayPal or credit card. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please allow 1-2 working day(s) from the time the payment is received for the order to be dispatched.

All our products are stored on a factory area of approx. 32,000 m², approx. 23,000 m² are covered by our modern logistics and dispatch centre alone. There are approx. 60,000 branded products in stock ready for immediate dispatch and most products leave our warehouse one business day after you place your order. Our warehouse staff makes sure packing is done in a professional and safe manner – checking all orders for completeness is part of their daily business.

Our service partners ensure a safe and fast delivery to your address of choice. You can have your goods delivered to your home, to work or to a neighbour – a reliable delivery is one of our top priorities.

Self pick-up!

You can just have your package sent to the ROSE BIKETOWN in Bocholt or our store in Posthausen and then pick it up there. We can not currently offer self pick-up for our store in Munich and Berlin.

Your premium bike is coming!

All bikes are packed in special bike boxes developed by our packaging professionals to reliably protect your premium bike during transportation. Your bike arrives fully assembled and setup. Depending on the type of bike and box, you might have to turn the handlebar 90°, fit the pedals and install the wheels - and it’s ready to go.
