The SHIMANO GRX RX810 Di2 stands for excellent shifting precision and is easy to shift, especially when off-roading. The complete groupset is optimised for gravel riding. A chain stabiliser integrated into the rear derailleur ensures quiet and precise shifting, no matter what the ground looks like. The gravel bike is equipped with a doublespeed drive system consisting of a 11-34 cassette and a 48/31 chainring. Perfect for endurance-oriented tours.
All-round wheels and gravel tyres
On this bike you'll find the LIGHT version of our robust and versatile ROSE R THIRTY wheels – even stronger and lighter for daily riding on intense, challenging gravel trails. Super-fast, versatile ROSE R TWENTYFIVE wheels with high-quality Newman hubs provide a real race feeling on asphalt or gravel with their narrow inner rim width of 19 mm. Equipped with Continental gravel tyres, the bike rides smoothly on dirt roads as well as easy, dry trails thanks to its gripping tread.
Road bike handlebars for long stretches
The drop bar ensures a back-friendly posture and increases comfort on the long haul. In addition, the SHIMANO GRX gravel shifting groupset comes with a shift and brake lever combination that has been adapted for gravel use. It also ensures a comfortable and a secure grip off-road thanks to the raised, horned shape of the grips and ergonomically shaped levers with an anti-slip coating.
With the BACKROAD GRX RX810 Di2 you can blast down gravel or dirt roads with full control. The gravel bike is also great at higher speeds on asphalt. Equipped with the first-class, electric SHIMANO GRX RX810 gravel groupset and a double-speed drivetrain, this gravel bike is ideal for longer gravel tours that require smaller gear steps and a wider gear range. Thanks to robust ROSE R THIRTY LIGHT wheels encased in Continental all-round tyres and with a traditional road handlebar, the BACKROAD can handle lots of kilometres – whether on asphalt, gravel or light trails.

Flex is fun – massive comfort in the saddle and a gravity-specific frame fork geometry offers perfect handling on road, gravel and technical terrain. Only a dry throat can stop you.

The frame and fork now allow for a tyre width of up to 45 mm with 700c and up to 47 mm with 650b wheels. For rougher road conditions, perfectly adapted protectors at the down tube and chainstays shield from stone chips.

Leider erstmal nur drei Sterne und das obwohl es ein wunderschönes Rad ist und der Versand problemlos geklappt hat.
Allerdings wackelt die komplette Gabel und es schaut so aus als ob das Rad nicht korrekt montiert versendet wurde.

Ein Stern Abzug, weil Rose nicht in der Lage war die Sattelstütze mit geringerem Setback zu verbauen, trotz Anfrage mehrere Wochen vor Auslieferdatum. Das kostet mich jetzt in Konsequenz 199 € für die Nachbestellung.
Das Rad selbst macht nach der ersten Ausfahrt einen super Eindruck, sehr gut aufgebaut (Schaltungseinstellung, Entlüftung der Bremsen, Rundlauf der Bremsscheiben etc. einwandfrei)

Die Di2 ist eine perfekte Schaltung.

Das Rad selber wäre eigentlich ganz toll. Habe in Grösse 53 bestellt, musste die Carbon Sattelstütze ernsthaft noch kürzen lassen da alle Rahmen mit der selben Sattelstütze ausgeliefert werden. Die Endmontage war entsprechend mühsam. Von Rose selber konnte man keine Hilfe erwarten. Der Sattel knackst etwas. Der Antrieb macht mehr Geräusche als ich es mir gewohnt bin. Für die Kürzung der Sattelstütze musste ich rund 120.- bezahlen, Rose war nicht bereit mir in irgendeiner Form entgegen zu kommen. Alles in allem eine mühsame Erfahrung mit Rose Bikes. Das beste am Rad ist die Schaltung von Shimano.

Versand mit Kühne und Nagel war leider sehr problematisch, auf meine Mail erhielt ich nur ein „Ja, tut uns leid…“. Ansonsten: das Rad fährt sich wirklich traumhaft gut: sehr gemütlich und verzeihend, trotzdem schnell und stabil auf verschiedenen Untergründen. Hat sich zudem gelohnt, die Di2-Variante zu wählen. Wow!

Das Backroad ist mit R-Thirty Light Laufrädern und 40er-Reifen bestückt. Etwas Recherche hat ergeben, das es sich eigentlich um Rennrad-Laufräder handelt und Erfahrungsberichte im Gravel-Einsatz nichts gutes verheißen. Interessanterweise hat Rose mit den G-Thirty auch Gravel-Laufräder im Angebot. Des Weiteren ergab eine Nachfrage beim technischen Support, das die gelieferten R-Thirty bis Reifenbreite von 38 empfohlen werden. Das finde ich alles sehr merkwürdig.
Aus diesem Grund habe ich mich entschlossen, die R-Thirty mit Rennbeteifung auszustatten und mit Gravel-Laufräder zu bestellen und mit der gelieferten Gravelbereifung zu bestücken.

Top Preis / Leistungsverhältnis.
Fahre jetzt schon seit einigen Monaten und bin mit dem Fahrrad mehr als zufrieden. Das Lauf bzw. Rollverhalten des Fahrrads ist grandios. Sowohl im Gelände, als auch auf der Straße.
Das Schaltwerk ist präzise und verlässlich.
Würde das Fahrrad jederzeit wieder kaufen und kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Der erste Eindruck ist super. Die GRX Di2 mit 2x11 Gängen schaltet mühelos aus der Box heraus. Generell, keine störenden Geräusche, und ich mag die Geometrie. Was etwas nervig war sind die rechteckige Stattelstange und Lenkervorbau. Garmin und andere diverse Hersteller sind auf rund eingestellt... Halterungsmässig habe ich ein paar Extrateile benötigt.
